Our watchmakers are trained to operate on all types of timepieces. Including but not limited to vintage pocketwatches, large analog clocks, divers watches, and precious metal watches. We also have on site jewelers to handle all of your jewelry repairs.
Please keep in mind that watches that are under warranty should be directed to the manufactuer first to see if the repair is covered. No use paying for service when you can get it for free. If you are unsure if it's covered please check your watch manufactures site.
When you send us a watch for repair our watchmaker disasembles your timepiece and inspects it. If required, the internal pieces of your watch are cleaned chemically and further examined. Worn parts are replaced. The movement is then reassembled, lubricated and regulated. The timepiece is reassembled and checked for functionality. If the watch is water resistant it is then tested.
Our work comes with a one year guarantee. We log everything performed on your timepiece for reference later and tiny standard markings are made on the internal case to record service.
We have crystal fitters on site to replace cracked or scratched ones in nearly all watches. Cracked crystals can seriously destory a watch as this compromises the seal of a watch. Letting in moisture which is a timepiece's worst enemy.
If you have a watch that isn't running and a battery doesn't seem to help we may be able to replace the movement (or guts) of the watch. Restoring life to your favorite timepiece is something we've always loved providing our customers.
We have a special cosmetic cleaning service which can restore the shine to your special timepieces. We also have experts familiar with antiques and specialy watches. If you have a piece that requires genuine replacement parts we have the resources to obtain and install them. Do not trust these irreplaceable items to anyone else.
Having a problem with the clasp on your watch? Is it popping open on you or just completely broken? Most times we can inexpensively repair metal watchbands and/or the clasp. Why buy another watch when you can easily fix the one you like and are comfortable with?
